Ft. Hood Shooter was on obama's Homeland Security Task Force

Now we know why obama said to not jump to conclusions about Nidal Hasan.
This murdering Muslim who killed and wounded the people in Texas was an adviser to obama's Homeland Security team as he transitioned into the office of the Presidency.

Sounds Like a Death Panel to Me...

Once you have been forced into obamacare you will not have the option to disagree with the government...

Government decides that mammogram screening 1,300 women in their 50s to save one life is worth it, but screening 1,900 women in their 40s to save a single life is not.

A government task force said Monday that most women don't need mammograms in their 40s and should get one every two years starting at 50 — a stunning reversal and a break with the American Cancer Society's long-standing position.

Carbon Ration Cards? Welcome to the U.K.

Every adult should be forced to use a 'carbon ration card' when they pay for petrol, airline tickets or household energy, MPs say.

The influential Environmental Audit Committee says a personal carbon trading scheme is the best and fairest way of cutting Britain's CO2 emissions without penalising the poor.

Under the scheme, everyone would be given an annual carbon allowance to use when buying oil, gas, electricity and flights.

I Thought "Service" Was a Good Thing?

In pursuit of an Eagle Scout badge, Kevin Anderson, 17, has toiled for more than 200 hours hours over several weeks to clear a walking path in an east Allentown park.

Little did the do-gooder know that his altruistic act would put him in the cross hairs of the city's largest municipal union.

Nick Balzano, president of the local Service Employees International Union, told Allentown City Council Tuesday that the union is considering filing a grievance against the city for allowing Anderson to clear a 1,000-foot walking and biking path at Kimmets Lock Park.

"We'll be looking into the Cub Scout or Boy Scout who did the trails," Balzano told the council.

Obviously, the SEIU Union hates the Boys Scouts. :)

No pithy comments here, I just like the visual of Capt. Picard flipping the bird!

obama the supplicant...

obama just can't get enough of being the world's lapdog. Here he is in a traditional gesture of inferiority to the Japanese emperor.

Fox news story link.

I think he should just get it over with and start presenting for every other leader on Earth. Now THAT'S a photo op!

BTW, here is the NYT making a big deal when Bill Clinton tilted his hed towards the Emperor in 1994, but now it's okay...

(NY Times 6/19/94)- It wasn’t a bow, exactly. But Mr. Clinton came close. He inclined his head and shoulders forward, he pressed his hands together. It lasted no longer than a snapshot, but the image on the South Lawn was indelible: an obsequent President, and the Emperor of Japan.

Canadians still bow to England’s Queen; so do Australians. Americans shake hands. If not to stand eye-to-eye with royalty, what else were 1776 and all that about? …

Guests invited to a white-tie state dinner at the White House (a Clinton Administration first) were instructed to address the Emperor as “Your Majesty,” not “Your Highness” or, worse, “King.” And in what one Administration aide called “some emperor thing,” an Army general was cautioned that he should not address the Emperor Akihito at all as he escorted him to the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery.

But the “thou need not bow” commandment from the State Department’s protocol office maintained a constancy of more than 200 years. Administration officials scurried to insist that the eager-to-please President had not really done the unthinkable.

Cord Blood Reverses Cerebral Palsy in Colorado Girl

Chloe Levine was born seemingly perfect — she was the happy and healthy baby her parents had dreamed of.

But by the time she was 9 months old, Chloe was not reaching the milestones her older sister Shayla had met at that age.

Chloe’s right hand was constantly clenched in a tight fist – she couldn’t even hold her bottle. And she wasn’t able to crawl; she would "shuffle" her body across the floor in a seated position, her mother, Jenny, recalls.

Soon after Chloe’s first birthday, the Levines, who live in Denver, learned their daughter had suffered a stroke in utero and had become afflicted with cerebral palsy.

obama the em-pathetic...

First Joe Medicine Crow was not a Congressional Medal of Honor Winner. He was the recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, given to him by barack obama on August 12, 2009. There is a huge difference between the awards, not to someone like obama, but to the military (not that he would know the difference).

Second, How come it takes him two full minutes of "shout outs" and yukking it up before addressing the terrorist shooting at Ft. Hood.

Third, when did Native Americans become "First Americans"? Maybe because it give obama the opportunity to strip "American' out of the name and address them like our socialist neighbors to the North?
